Refund policy

Can I return my items?

• If your item arrives faulty or not as described then you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• If you change your mind about your item, you can send it back to us within 14 days of purchase. The item must still be in original packaging and you are responsible to pay for return postage.

Can I exchange my item?

• For change of mind, you may exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for paying return postage.
• If your item arrives faulty or not as described then you can exchange the item for another within 30 days of purchase.

I’ve already checked out, can I cancel my order?

• We will be able to cancel your order if it has not been dispatched yet. Send us a message as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel your order before it gets sent out.
• If your item has already been sent out, you are able to return it to us under our 30 days returns policy.
