We want your order to reach you as quickly as possible!
So that you know what to expect, we provide some general guidelines here, though the timing of delivery of your order may be slightly different to that outlined below.
Delivery methods
We currently use Australia Post as our main delivery partner to deliver your parcel safely and quickly. We also occassionally use Couriers Please for metro areas. 
Regular Post
We use Australia Post for your delivery.
Express Post
We use Australia Post Express eParcel so your parcel should arrive overnight if you are in the Express Post delivery network, or as quickly as possible if you are outside the network.
Delivery charges
Flash House believes in easy shopping so we have free delivery on all orders no matter how big or small. If you'd like to purchase Express Postage it is a flat rate of $8.99 regardless of how many items you have ordered.
Delivery time
Delivery times usually take between 1 to 6 working days for Australian deliveries and sometimes longer for remote areas. Since we're based in Melbourne, naturally those deliveries are little quicker.
These delivery times relate only to business days, Monday to Friday, and exclude weekends and Australian public holidays.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver by the estimated timeframe, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with transport partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. We can’t be held liable for loss or damage resulting from late delivery but we will do our best to help you in these circumstances.

Delivery Confirmation
You will always get an email once your purchase has been dispatched. We ship all items within 24 hours of purchase (weekdays only). If your order is shipped with tracking, you will be sent a link to your tracking.
There are rare occasions where external factors completely outside of the control of our delivery partners can delay a parcel, despite their best endeavours, so we do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances
